I’ve been drawn to photography since I was a teenager, spending time in the darkroom and falling in love with the process. I started working professionally at 19 and later opened my own studio in Iran, where I spent nearly nine years before moving to Los Angeles. Over the past 11 years here, I’ve focused more deeply on fashion photography, continuing a journey that now spans over two decades behind the camera.

 

My passion is bringing out the beauty in my subjects and showing them a version of themselves they didn’t know existed. They’re not just models, I take real joy in working with each person to create something honest and personal. I love beauty, and photography gives me the ability to capture those striking, sometimes hidden parts of someone, even when they don’t see it themselves.

 

I’ve worked across fashion, editorial, portraiture, and commercial photography, from look books, fashion shows, and cover stories to e-commerce and product campaigns. My experience spans the full process, including styling, directing, shooting, and even building Amazon storefronts and branded websites. I’ve worked in-house and independently, and I’m comfortable handling every part of a shoot from concept to execution. Recent projects include a campaign for Netflix Experience and an editorial cover for Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam. While I can work across many styles and platforms, editorial photography remains especially meaningful to me, it gives space for creativity, storytelling, and honest expression.

 

Outside of photography, I’m a mother to two beautiful girls. Becoming a parent changed how I see beauty, love, time, presence, and connection, and the world as a whole. It’s taught me patience, deepened my capacity for love, and brought a new perspective to everything I create, frame by frame.
